Biography

Mr. Vishal Pandit is an accomplished financial services leader with over 35 years of experience. As President & CEO at GE Money India, he drove exponential business growth from 2001 to 2008.

During his tenure with GE Capital, he set up the Auto JV with Maruti (Maruti Countrywide), established GE Money Housing, and was the first CEO to set up the cards JV with SBI — giving rise to SBI Cards.

His career also includes senior roles as MD at Citi Financials and Country Manager for South Asia at Visa International. He also held leadership positions at Hewitt Associates, Genpact and IFFCO, Dubai

Mr. Pandit holds a B.A. in Economics (Hons.) from St. Stephen's College and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from FMS, Delhi University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
