Mr. Viraj Yadav is a Sector Lead at Meritus Capital, where he is responsible for coverage of the financial, consumer, and services sectors. In this role, he brings together deep sectoral expertise and a rigorous investment banking perspective to advise clients navigating complex transactions and capital market opportunities.

He holds a graduate degree in BA (Economics) from UCLA (USA) and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Prior to Meritus Capital, Viraj served as an Associate at Avendus Capital in their Investment Banking division—one of India's leading financial services firms—where he gained hands-on experience structuring and executing high-value advisory mandates across diverse industries.

Before transitioning into investment banking, Viraj held a Manager role at ACT Fibernet, India's largest non-telco Internet Service Provider. There he drove revenue and product management for the company's value-added services portfolio, developing a keen commercial instinct at the intersection of technology and consumer markets.
